Please contact us by email or with the contact form, and we will reply as soon as we can. Our staff speak Japanese only, so please write rather than call.
Please tell us about any cancellation or change by 12:00 noon the day before your visit. Email the store you booked with your name, the game and the date and time of your booking. If you do not receive a reply, please email us again.
No. Changes and cancellations are free until 12:00 noon the day before your visit.
Prices are per person, tax included, and are shown on each game page and in the booking form (for example, ¥3,500 per person for the Yokohama games).
Child discount
There is no separate child price — normally the price is per player. However, for groups that include children of junior-high-school age or younger, we take ¥1,000 off the group total if you tell us in advance. To request it, email the store after booking with the subject “Child discount” and include your name, the game, and the date and time. Without advance notice the discount cannot be applied.
We accept cash, e-money and credit cards. To keep check-in smooth, please pay as one group — we cannot split the bill.
You cannot bring any belongings into the game, including food, drinks and mobile phones. Please leave everything in the lockers and play empty-handed — an escape room tests your wits, not your gear! If you bring belongings in anyway, we cannot take responsibility for any damage or loss.
Preschool children cannot enter, and elementary-school children cannot play on their own — they must be accompanied by a guardian. The recommended age is 12 and up (this is a guide to how much you will enjoy the game, not a strict entry limit).
For a 60-minute game, allow about 70 minutes from check-in to the end: after check-in and payment there is a briefing of about 10 minutes, then we take you into the room. For The Origin School of Magic and Ephyra, allow about 2 hours in total. Please use the restroom before you come, and arrive exactly at your meeting time.
5–6 players is the ideal number to enjoy most of our games. Searching for clues and hints is as important as solving puzzles, so work as a team and do not miss even the smallest detail. If you would like to play with more people than the booking limit, please contact us in advance.
