Machine Field Co., Ltd., the company behind DARKESCAPE, does everything in-house — from running the stores to designing and building the products behind them. We take responsibility for every part: game design and construction, scenarios and store promotion. Since the DARKESCAPE brand was born, our development team has designed and built a wide range of gimmicks, from mechanical exteriors to system control.
What we do:
- Scenario writing & puzzle design — themes, stories, puzzles and the player’s route through the game.
- Gimmick design — hidden items and keys, mechanisms, codes, physics puzzles, light and sound puzzles.
- Scene effects — lighting and staging, physical effects, 3D sound, smoke, mirrors and projection.
- Props & fabrication — working keys, puzzles and props with built-in special effects (3D printing and handcraft).
- Electronics, PCBs & game systems — circuit design, PCB production and complete game control systems.

Theme License
License one of our themes and receive the original script, scene design drawings, the full list of gimmick devices, circuit parts lists, wiring diagrams, hint and item materials, in-game video, audio and dialogue, and promotional materials such as posters and guide booklets. Our designer also guides the installation on site.
Custom Scene Devices & Gimmicks
We build devices and gimmicks for your theme — style, size and function designed from your scenario, plus special sculpted decorations. Even if you only have an idea or a puzzle, we can bring it to life. Choose a complete plug-and-play device, or a semi-finished part (structure, shell or circuit only).
Electronics & Game Systems
We build complete game systems — control code, debugging and peripheral circuits — or design the circuit for a single gimmick. Automated systems give players a better experience and help staff handle every situation faster and more accurately, including timing for live actors.
Theme Art Design
Scene design drawings, renderings and construction drawings for your new theme, plus prop design, art direction, posters and promotional graphics.

Consultation
Email us and tell us what you need. We organize your requirements and propose a plan with sketches and production methods, then draft the project.
Order
Our production team submits the device design, production list and parts summary, plus the circuit and system control plan. Production starts once both sides sign the contract.
Production
We build within the agreed period, send photos of the finished work for your review, then pack and ship.
Testing & payment
Test the devices carefully when they arrive and contact us any time with questions. Once everything works, payment completes the order.
*Typical materials: board, wood, acrylic, glass, stainless steel and resin (3D printing).
*Finished devices need no technician to install — just connect them to power.
