Before You Book
• Every game is fully playable without Japanese — English subtitles (except FLOOR 5), clues in Japanese and English, and an English guide booklet.
• Please tell us about any change or cancellation by 12:00 noon the day before your visit.
• Please arrive at your booked time. Even if you arrive early, you may have to wait because of the sessions before and after yours.
• If you are late, you may be refused entry or your game time may be shortened.
• Restrooms get busy — please use one before you arrive.
• All belongings, including food and drinks, must be left in the lockers.
• Please pay as one group — we cannot split the bill.
• After booking online, we send you a confirmation email. Please check its contents.
