For defying the gods, Sisyphus was condemned to roll a huge boulder up to the mountaintop. But the boulder was too heavy, and just before the summit it always rolled back down to the foot of the mountain. He repeats this forever.

—The gods believed that endless, empty and futile labor was the cruelest punishment of all. And so Sisyphus’s life slowly wore away in endless, fruitless toil.

Synopsis

In the darkness, you hear a voice. Guided by it, you are awakened from the depths of the dark.

You step into a mysterious forest to answer the wish of a single girl. Her name is Efi — a princess of the duchy, chosen by fate. And you are the servant she summoned: the Dark Knight.

Your mission is simple: protect her, cross the enchanted lands of Ephyra, and guide her back to her own world.

It is a journey like a fairy tale. The forest whispers, and the tall tower dreams in the moonlight. Some of the animals you meet along the way are kind, some are strange — and some are a kind of senseless madness.

What you must do is simple: stay by her side, solve the mysteries along the way, and drive away the echoes of the curse.

Above all — protect her, and take her out of this place.

…But now and then, you dream.

A dream of the sword you once held. Her face, sunk in sorrow. And the memory of that day — when you made a choice that can never be forgiven.

In the dream, you realize: perhaps the two of you have already been to this enchanted land once before. But each time you wake, the scene quickly fades.

You tell yourself: “It’s just a dream. I’m nothing more than a summoned servant.” “I’m nobody. As long as I complete my mission, that’s enough.”

But the enchanted land never lets go of anyone who has once set foot inside.

As the journey goes on, lost memories quietly begin to return. And the truth of fate — those red eyes — watches you from deep within the abyss.

Your mission

• Protect the girl Efi and escape from the enchanted land of Ephyra
• Follow her lead and solve the mysteries scattered along the way
• Face the phantoms that block your path
• Find your true self amid the confusion
